Stephen Kenneston, the CEO of Molten Blot Productions, wanted an online casting service that connected actors and agents with casting companies. He presented this concept to us and we began development of OnlineTalentAgents.com. 
Our preliminary research showed that this concept was already in development with several
competitors offering similar services. Kenneston wanted to continue with the project and

After understanding and dissecting the casting process from A-Z, we were able to develop a new solution that would make Kenneston very pleased. The new solution would connect the entire industry and allow them to use modern technology to facilitate their current day-to-day operations more efficiently and more effectively. This new system respects and maintains the current casting process without overstepping or cutting out producers, casting companies, agents and ad agencies. Because it maintains this vital process, the industry has embraced this new service. This site was now a complete industry site, prompting Kenneston to change the name to OTANetwork.com.
